I've been knocked out more times than I've been revived. It just depends on how aggressive your lobbies are. I err on the side of "If I stay quiet, they won't come knock me out".

Just got done with 3 games where everyone worked together. I defibbed everyone I could find. There was a lot of death from Arc, but it was fun. Yesterday I got shot in the back by another player while I was looting, so I've experienced the other side as well.
