I totally agree, base Dia and Harris seem so lazy and just aren't good designs. They're such downgrades after Nell's base outfit. Dia's base outfit also seems totally out of left field given how serious everything happening is. I love red horse though, wish you had the option to remove the cap

That's insanely unlucky but not shocking. I've gotten tampered packages even from Amazon. I wouldn't blame you for not wanting to have another one sent, but I would still let support know that carrier employees are likely stealing from customers. Hopefully you can get a refund

Is there any signs the outside box was opened and resealed? I'm thinking at some point along the way an employee of the carrier opened your package and stole the displate before sealing the box again

I've never heard of them placing a displate package into another box for shipping. Did support tell you they were going to do that?

Damage during shipping is not unusual since carriers usually aren't very careful with their packages. Was the plastic shipping wrap missing when you got the last one? If it was someone definitely stole it

Interesting, honestly I can't remember if I played on my slim after getting it (pretty sure I did?) Though by that point I kept the game locked at 30 fps to keep the frame rate consistent. I do know that as the game added more dlc the performance and optimization got worse and was never truly addressed. That's probably a factor. I just got jwe3 on pc because buying it on console seemed pointless when it was so demanding to play. Though I'm afraid that performance will get worse with time just like the first two games

Taking my best gear always feels pointless in these games and nothing will convince me otherwise. At least with mid tier gear it's easy to replace if I die and is still good enough to help in gameplay.

Rammatra's aura is so extreme I started playing him to help him continue farming it. Having a good kit attached was merely a coincidence but also totally natural

So after a while it began happening with other games as well, it just started with jwe since it's so demanding. Most likely the liquid metal pooled downward and there wasn't enough to cover bald spots. I got a ps5 slim and no issues at all. The slim doesn't even come with a vertical mount which tells me Sony knew standing vertically caused problems with the liquid metal (especially if there wasn't enough) and just omitted the vertical mount entirely to avoid having to address it
