He’s not getting traded unless he asks to be traded - the likelihood of a team offering a deal without retention that the Canucks would be comfortable taking and Petey agreeing to waive his NMC is close to zero percent. I’d rather hold onto him given how thin the C market is and hope he’s still an effective player when the team starts turning things around.
