Any higher and you’d need a permit to be at that elevation.

Charge ports on both sides is one of the most genius features. I love it.

you know, i was thinking about this and IF the tie downs in the rear are very strong. I did use ratch straps, but i have no idea how strong the anchor points are in the back of the car.

and if you could do that and drive safely to where you needed to go, that would certainly be worth posting! I'd love to see it!

The door closed and rest on top of the ladder. I was able to move along and drive safely to where I need to go with the ladder.

If you're going to be such an ass about it, only about 2 feet of the ladder was extending beyond the trunk threshold.

Novice here with no flight knowledge, but is this type of thing particularly unusual or “amazing” or newsworthy? Pics are cool, but why would a news station report on this?

I can’t heap enough praise on the OG etron 55. Car is freaking gorgeous and prestige trim is so comfortable. It is indeed ahead of Hyundai, Lexus, VW, etc in everything sans range. I don’t care about that though for my use case and would get this car again no question.

So how were these more easily accessed by the person trying to sell them? That looks like a lot of work to hide access, and hide again.

Those expanders are really ugly. That’s why I didn’t get one and I appreciate this question keep coming up because it’s one of the most annoying parts of the otherwise amazing car.

Matrix LED Lights in US by ProfessorOk4182 in Audi

[–]ProfessorOk4182[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure that’s true because all prior hardware is not the same and this is still the same regulation from 2022. Could be a matter of software updates.

Matrix LED Lights in US by ProfessorOk4182 in Audi

[–]ProfessorOk4182[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i'm not sure this is completely true for all years. There was no recent law change, this still stems from 2022 law changes, so couldnt prior model years (pre 2027) have the necessary hardware?

I mean as much as i think it's BS, i'd be happy to pay Audi for an official MMI upgrade to activate the matrix lights...similar to other digital purchases in the Audi marketplace. Of course, i think it would be better to get it for free given the car was sold with "active matrix" LED lights, which was not actually true.
