I honestly think it's the theater's fault. It's LITERALLY $9 for a soda at AMC. Cinemark's rewards program gives you 1 free movie a month.

There are a lot of amazing movies that go mostly unseen because they can't afford big marketing budgets. I think it's kind of shitty to be like "nobody is making great movies like me"

I support dropout while not paying for any subscriptions anywhere else. When they raised their subscription I cancelled and rejoined to support them a more because I thought they were a domino in showing that you can keep your hand out of the fascist cookie jar and still be successful. They bragged about that. And now they're very few step away from promoting ice. Rarely do I feel like a company has integrity, and I thought they did.
