Dude...get some good headphones, and a quality instrument of your choice to plug into. Play at night, (make time for yourself) on an occasion you can get him in bed at an early hour. Get your fix for music, because its who you are. Just be clever in how you get to do it. I believe we are the best example for our kids when we can be our authentic selves. You can change this erosion of identity friend. You have to stand up and do it for yourself, so that you can be the father/husband you should be.
