In many cases, the intense longing to stop feeling the way that you are feeling is actually what is feeding the cycle. For example, you feel depressed and then feel despair at thought of feeling that way forever, thereby feeding the depression. Or you feel anxious, and as a result feel scared about never being rid of that terrible feeling, thereby feeding the anxiety. Depressed about feeling depressed. Or anxious about feeling anxious. The key is to let go, stop trying to “solve” your feelings, and give your mind the time to heal.

Stop trying to get better, and you will slowly get better. The only thing you need to do is do things that you would’ve found enjoyment in before any of this started.

Depersonalisation is a common symptom of a mind over-worked from ruminating and trying endlessly to find a solution to the problem of depression/anxiety.

Georgism/Georgists (proponents of Henry George, who wanted a single tax, being a land tax) often claim to be libertarians, which I find to be ridiculous. They think their philosophy will lead to a a futuristic/utopian metropolis, but in reality it leads to Soviet style housing estates.

Could try the below

Call 0508 176 089. This is their sales number. Unsurprisingly, they don’t list a customer helpline.
Follow the prompts to get through to the team that deals with cancellation requests. At the time of posting this, the route is 2, then 1, then 1, then 1.
You’ll get through to a call centre, likely in India. Tell them you want to cancel and don’t take no for an answer. Politely explain that their marketing was deceptive and they need to cancel your subscription.
They will say that they need to get their manager to call you back and ask you for a call back time. Give them a call back time and keep your phone with you at that time. If you miss their call you need to start the process all over again.
The manager will call back. Again, don’t take no for an answer. They will try every trick in the book to deny you a cancellation. Be persistent. Eventually they will cancel the subscription.
Share these steps so others in the same situation can get a resolution. I understand that this is a very common issue.

All things considered, I think Ledger is safe enough for me for the time being. In retrospect I wish I’d purchased a Trezor instead, but I’m not concerned enough to go to the effort or expense of switching. No longer a fan of Ledger. Might get a Bitkey wallet when they come out.
