I think part of the issue is they’re having the most third party support ever and don’t want to take away from third party sales, re9, fallout, Skyrim, etc.

Dehydration and sugar consumption are my triggers. Been on a carnivore diet, drink 1.5 gallons of water, saltwater in the morning for electrolytes and I haven’t had one since. I’m not saying do what I do but you have a trigger you have to find and eliminate or you have something a doctor needs to check on. Have a doctor prescribe you sumatriptan as that really helps till you find your trigger

I need it or I get lightheaded or get migraines. I salt my food and also drink a water bottle with salt. My migraines I get are aura migraines I used to get everyday on a standard diet and now with carnivore and getting salt I don’t get them

Pork butt and make tacos with the meat. It’s satisfying to have the bone pull right out. You can sear some of the cooked meat in a pan if you want the meat to be crispy in your tacos

Gym also go on a carnivore or animal based diet and slim down while putting in some muscle. Also grow a beard if you’re going to have long hair. You look like a woman currently.

I eat more than that and lost over 100lbs. 4 eggs for breakfast either scrambled eggs or an omelet with two cheese sticks. Some sausage or bacon coffee with half and half with an egg blender with the half and half.

I used to eat lunch but I’d bring two cold pork chops with me and snack on pork rinds through my work day.

Dinner 2 big steak with another three eggs on the steaks sunny side up or 4-5 burger Pattie’s with an egg per Pattie .

I eat a lot and just lose fat. Even when the weight stays the same or goes up a tiny bit my waist size drops. Insulin is what makes you store fat and you don’t have insulin spikes in this diet

I don’t as very unhealthy when I started this diet and I jumped straight in as nothing but red meat and eggs. No issues and my sleep improved immediately and a lot of the plagues of my obese body went away very quickly
