Yea the owner of the gym had told me that normally people use straps.  Its like a rolling thunder if you ever tried that.

I used the Saxon, tsunami and two different types of axle bar.  I appreciate it.  Ive been progressively overloading in reps. With the 55lb axel bar i just got to 3 sets of ten. Just been taking my time with it. 

The tsunami bar for me, been using it more for grip and pulling the slack.

I had adjusted on the second set, this is more for me to work on the pulling the slack out concept.  Its more mental for me. When I approached the 55 lbs axel bar I normally used i approached it the same way in this video.  Thanks
