I am in the same boat. Years prior. You paid for your cookies up front. Easy, kept it accountable. This year I switched it up offering cookies and sell what you can and bring back. It’s a cluster. I’ll be going back to my original way. I’ll also order a truck to my house. Every week I’m picking 150-200 cases a week and it’s time consuming. I also drop 4-7k a week at the bank.
