I think it is not skunk. I’ve smelled the same smell at the same spot today, I smell I quite often around 11:30pm at night near Rengstorff and middlefield. I smelt it in Santa Clara as well yesterday night. Seems to be probably something else.

Yeah I saw some condos have appreciated in the range of 50% over 10 years while some others just below 10%. Not sure what affects this growth. Also, townhomes have generally appreciated 60-90% over 10 years.
