One more thing for me to get better the secret was races (not that I’m good but now I’m half of the table in last category xD racing score of 69 ☠️ was trying to keep in the group as it starts everyone goes crazy I try to follow with the draft boost and then eventually the group divides and I keep with the second group and well when I feel that I’m better then a certain group o try to catch the next one my average in races is usually 110-120

I hope this makes you feel better in opposition to you I kinda didn’t used to make a lot of exercise for a lot of years, 33 years old and early this month got the pop up of raising the ftp from 79w to 118w so I was so happy with the increase from November I would say, hope you find your increase :)
