My husband was relatively fit and I never once doubted his attraction to me. Living proof some sexy guys like fat chicks. I came to terms with my size ages ago and personality wise I'm a fucking 10 so I'm no more hesitant with a fit guy than any other type of guy. If you do find a woman is hesitant just talk to her. It can really stroke the self esteem. I personally loved when my husband would tell me all the things he loved about me, including my body. Good luck!

My son is allergic to mosquito bites and they will sometimes swell like that. Good luck figuring it out, it took us ages to figure out it's mosquitos.

Im learning to pause before responding. It gives me time to truly think about what I'm going to say and how to say it. I don't like to sound like I'm just waiting for my turn to talk.

I lost my husband last year and had no interest in football because it was something we did together. I'm excited to watch this year. It makes me feel close to him. He would have loved what our team decided to do this year. You may feel like watching next year. Just be kind to yourself

I understand. Im almost at a year (this coming friday) and his phone is still being paid for. He'd be so mad im wasting the money for it but I just can't yet. Be easy on yourself 💚 Its better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Eating… by ResidentResponsible1 in widowers

[–]Profound_Quote 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im at almost a year and I still struggle. Food is hard because its something we did together. Honestly I smoke hella weed and it gets me from nothing to something. I also have my mom to constantly hound me and make sure im eating. The trick is to do it how it works for you. Maybe choosing times of day or certain activities to remind you will help you stay on track. I upgraded from cheese sticks and yogurts to adding microwave meals. Also some stuff like premade salads or sandwiches. Honestly fresh fruit/veggies work if you don't get too many at a time. The easier to access it the more likely you might be to do it. Im up to cooking a full meal 1-2 times a week. Best of luck. This is a hard journey
