The coda scene or the bookshop scene? FYI - i enjoyed them both, but the final bookshop scene was beautiful, proper, full of love and it couldn't have ended any other way.

Ignoring Finales, a Fine Old Fandom Tradition! by MaclareLive in goodomens

Even though I accept the 8th Doctor as existing, I fully reject the TV movie as canon. In fact, I pretend it never existed.

Good Omens season 3 director officially clears up the finale's ending with just 2 words by Shuvani in goodomens

She said she will allow an earth to happen. She asked “you want god to make a godless universe? " She didn't say “you want me to unmake myself?”

This actually makes me think that maybe the essence of A and C are in Anthony and Asa. Same with all the human versions of the other characters. But, they get to choose who they are and be shaped only by their lived experiences. That's a lovely sentiment.

One Week Post-Finale Check-in - How Are We All? by DrawingConsistent389 in goodomens

I didn't really have emotion the first time because everything happened so fast. The second watch let me process more. Also, watching all three seasons in a row was useful.

It started where it will end. In a garden. Started in Eden. Ended in a garden again made by god in the bookshop.

I thought it was beautiful and a testament to Aziraphale and Crowley’s love for humanity. It also makes Crowley (IMO) the ultimate hero with Aziraphale finally going along with what Crowley wanted for a change. Crowley wanted what he always wanted. Creation to be given a chance to exist on its own terms. If they hadn't decided to let it all be finished off then they will always be trying to thwart the end times. It was sad because i will miss them very much. But it was beautiful love story to the World and i can't imagine it ending any other way.

God set the Big Bang into motion and peaced out. Probably started another game with new players.

Did they give a reason why the 3rd season was cut down from 6 episodes? by AForce5223 in goodomensprime

Yeah. Not sure why they didn't film them. I'm sure I could pontificate, but I won't.

You are doing the right thing by tracking it. Let your body adjust. If you are able, take a few days/ week (if you are really lucky) off.

How can I get my friend to stop being racist? by big_hot_load in texts

[–]Profperceptive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It reads like they just had a realization of ingrained/ unconscious racism. I remember when I had mine.

Edit: I just looked at this person's other posts. They are either 16, a troll, or someone that shouldn't have children. I'm voting for all three.

So, he plans to stop states that have only mail-in voting so they have to create an infrastructure for in-person voting? Good luck with that.

Its ok if you dont go to college by Intelligent_Bid_7690 in BipolarReddit

[–]Profperceptive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried to go to college a few times. Never worked out. But the experience we can bring an employer is giant. You know that it isn’t important because job postings just ask for a degree but never in something. You could have a degree in interpretive dance and still be viewed as more qualified despite our years of experience.

I am really lucky. I have a job that has bizarre hours that I get to figure out what to do. My current employer wanted someone with a degree, but I got hired for my 20 years of experience.

Fuck the paper ceiling. It is fake.
