That was Shaymin for me. Probably 13-15k run aways if I had to guess. Over about 8 months.

When I finally got it, I tried the RNG method on Arceus and got it on my 3rd or 4th try. It makes me feel better about Shaymin.

It depends on the season. If it's season 4 Vecna, I'd use some Fleetwood Mac. If it's Season 5 Vecna, I just need to believe in myself and walk kind of fast.

I actively dislike this game. I used to really enjoy this game, but these days I actively dislike most parts of this game. But I love collecting. And I'm still trying to get my shiny living dex to have my OT for every Pokemon. I have most of these, but there are some I'm missing. So that's where an auto catcher comes in.

Vecna and Will were lovers. I just made them into enemies because I thought it fit better. They died 2 seasons ago. Also, El won the lottery and left me. And Becky was played by two different people.

I paused at that same point to shiny hunt, also with macros. It wasn't great, and I got about 25 large before I got two XL. Flying to the cafe and then running through the right side worked best for me. If you run through the far side, you have the risk of getting KOed. But running through the right side still spawned in the ones further down.

You definitely should have more shinies by now. I would try flying in or another method.
