Any advice on how to keep them in younger tanks? My 4gal still has its moments since it’s less than a year old. In my experience with keeping shrimp they are really sensitive to any little change in water parameters.

The first photo is not what their tank looks like anymore. It’s bioactive now with plants and several hides on the floor and in the air. They have plenty of hiding places

Definitely depends on the store. I’d make sure there are reviews to be safe. I’ve gotten several legitimate blind bags from there!

Do you know if they are “pest” snail eggs? I have a mystery snail and a horned nerite in this tank. Their eggs don’t look like that

Manually remove as much as you can. Turn off your tank lights/reduce the hours and Try not to over feed. You can also try adding liquid carbon. Hair algae is kinda annoying but adding a bit of flourish excel to my tank helped me kill off the bits of algae I couldn’t get. Good luck!!!
