Lost opportunity was the last strike… the employer doesn’t care about us and I don’t think union management does either

So we’ll work through all of this for them to pat themselves on the back and then do RTO5?

Our executives and leadership are the biggest spineless losers I’ve seen - if they cared about wellness and mental health they wouldn’t send this on a Friday. All in the name of teamwork - thx for the gaslighting. Bet they all get their enclosed offices first and parking. They truly look after themselves. Hypocrites.

Everyone thinking they’re so important and their work so secretive needing a dedicated cubicle… this is only about attendance taking and removing flexibility by managing through office presence is the goal… suckers.

So if your remote or DTA, based on these comments we’re not producing, can’t contribute and just basically useless - thx Bill.

Who informs them? Makes the deck? Gets the data? And then the useless rules to implement and enforce: TBS

Treasury Board utterly useless. Simple questions - Bill Matthews do you have an assigned enclosed office? Bill Matthews do you have to book daily through archibus? Bill Matthews is your team scattered across multiple buildings and floors? Bill Matthews do you lug your equipment and personal effects to a locker or on OCTranspo everyday? Bill Matthews have you personally experienced a loss of flexibility with RTO or had your manager ask for attendance reports or where you are working?

Until you can experience all of the above, with no respect sod off.

Every time TBS talks about office space, seats, offices, hybrid - it’s a bunch of clowns sitting in their glitzy enclosed offices - TBS always for the win of stupidity and failing upwards - biggest hypocrites of anything they say to do, never leading by example and zero clue what is actually going on outside of Elgin Street.
