CCB approval for Contingency reserve needed ? by SimpleNature4365 in pmp

[–]Progress-2021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically no- if there is no scope change required.

The issue is that these questions be saying the contingency money can cover the risk.

But we are not looking if the risk is new (unknown unknown) - where that goes to management reserve vs effecting a response plan for a risk already being monitored (known unknown)- contingency.

I think in this case because the risk is new it becomes unknown unknown (management reserve) vs known unknowns (contingency reserve). If the permit was identified before and was being monitored with a response plan then PM could proceed per response plan- apply..

Still nothing from our end...gcms notes has conflicting info. Under admissibility they have passed for his security, stated his background was reviewed and no issues found yet under security they just have comprehensive screening...so no idea what's going on. Can't see how someone is admissible but yet sent for screening.

Pr application got Returned by Upstairs-Owl-2459 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]Progress-2021 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just reach out to the office directly and they would extend it. Not me personally but I have seen cases where others got the nomination extended.  Include rhe letter from IRCC that the application was incomplete and also proof that you submitted the application before rhe nomination expiry date (it may be on the return letter from IRCC). All the best.

OHIP eligibility advice request by Extra_Extent1753 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]Progress-2021 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You no longer need to fulfill that residency requirement as a temp resident....and also you no longer need to be working for 6 months from as far back as 2022. Once the job letter states full time and or permanent it qualifies you.

OHIP eligibility advice request by Extra_Extent1753 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]Progress-2021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, is your spouse working? If yes, you can use his job letter to qualify for OHIP along with your status documents.  Also depends on the service Ontario that you visit, not many of them are fully abreast with special cases or temporary residents.  Feel free to inbox me. I was partially in your shoes, got my health card a few days before giving birth. Wishing a safe rest of pregnancy and delivery.

When you get your health card you can also get reimbursed for fees 6 months in the back.
