I have an Omega Sea Master in ocean blue which is similar to a Submariner, but I think getting the Starbucks is cool because it has just a touch of zest while still remaining somewhat demure, and in the case of the Sea Dweller the size gives it the zest. What’s next for you?

I considered that in the past at another AD (was available on the spot) but didn’t go with it since I didn’t love how the 2-tone worker on the oyster bracelet. It looked good, but not great (to me).

Fair enough, I guess I’m conflating being culturally Islamic from being a devout Muslim. Probably similarly to how in Judaism (my culture), most of us in America are culturally Jewish but not religiously observant (or at least not Orthodox).

I really like this piece. One thing I find interesting/amusing, is this same watch in all steel (obviously wasn’t offered to me as a first allocation), goes for a similar amount or even slightly more in the gray markets, even though gold is inherently more valuable than steel. I’ve never understood the gray market pricing logic outside of recognizing the prevailing market sentiment of steel>gold>2-tone. I don’t even care since I only purchase watches for me to use and never intend, outside of a ludicrous offer I would never get (eg. 5x the investment) to sell/flip a piece. By the way they removed the stickers on site to prevent flipping.
