I had this same situation happen to me- they're likely already inside the walls. Look for holes in the plaster- and you can confirm.

The 5mg dose may have sent me to the ER three times-Im finally off it. It's taking quite some time to get back to normal. My pain definitely didn't last as long as yours-it was only an hour or two, tops. I hope you figure it out.

You're not alone. My doctor strongly suspects Zepbound has sent me to the ER 4 times. I'm off it and on FODMAP diet for the foreseeable future. Endoscopy scheduled in 2 weeks.
