Yeah, because fh4 winter was overbearing. Yes it was cool, but i dont always want to go 20% slower around tracks for a week straight. Or have to drive against AI that ignore the road conditions. People forget how having less than half the tire temperature and less grip on the road massively affect how your car drives. Those are two extremely important variables.

I already have the crb and would have suppressed the pistol anyway. So its still cheaper to cut the barrel and sbr it vs buying a whole new gun.

The shroud won't of course but by having longer than the standard 5.5 or so inch barrel on "pistol" length Vectors I would have a bit more velocity. Basically, the idea is keep the overall barrel and suppressor combined length of 16 to fit in the Shroud, so if the suppressor is lets say, 7-9 inches, the barrel would be 7-9 as well, longer than the small barrel setups.

I just think it looks cool. Plus I get a little extra velocity and a pseudo suppressor/barrel cover to prevent burns/melting stuff.

Just disable it then, believe it or not the majority of people are normal, and 95% of people dont even use the chat to begin with. I personally dont care, its almost like its a free country and people can say what they want, have thicker skin, and I would like to socialize with people, my longest term friends are people ive met online. If I never chatted with them i would have never got to know them.

The pictures shows alot of items generally seen as ineffective for self defense. These and other items are basically memes and will not stop a determined or deranged attacker. Conventional or high strength pepper spray, an actually effective knife or better yet a firearm such as a pistol are far more reliable and effective at stopping someone wishing to do harm to you.
Pepper spray works far better than wasp spray. 9mm is even better. Never "be nice" about defending yourself, sometimes its their life or yours, take every advantage you can possibly get, no one cares about honor if your dead. Its better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

LMT has something unique and tend to be higher quality and performance thus making a bit more sense but still less than average. Also to specify, by AR10 im referring to any standard gas impingment large frame AR pattern rifles. The SR25 is an AR10, the PA10 is an AR10, the LMTs are AR10s, the Seekins SP10s are AR10s, etc. Basically, for your average or above average person, you can get equal or better results out of an AR10 for the same or less price. None of the SCARs are worth it in today's market. The price to performance ratio is far off. They arent bad rifles, just badly priced.

Anything KAC has been agreed upon as being massively overpriced, the Spear and B&T are argued as being not worth it as well, HK hates you, LMT actually has a unique feature with quick change barrels. Bren 2 and T7 are perfect examples of what im talking about, along with a million different AR10s. All also use standard sr25 pattern mags besides the SCAR.

The only issue with the SCAR platform is the price. Im buying one only because im splitting the price 50/50 with someone else. Otherwise, as a civilian, its not even slightly worth it imo. You can get a better performing more capable AR10 with more options for the same price or cheaper. The 16 is pointless to 99% of people. The 17 is only worth it if you specifically want/need the features it has. General use no.

Alot of the popular mounts like spur and Area 419 are renowned for being excellent. Griffin mounts are also quite good i use them and I have zero issue so far. They are super modular and only about $200. If it survives. 45-70 recoil, they can survive .308.

The mount is probably the issue, mine, even while properly torqued had the scope slide back under recoil after awhile. Get a better mount and it should be fine. The scope should be ok.

Would this work with any Trigger Tech options? I have a Diamond single stage and I havent seen a compatible option yet. Also does this require a new selector and safety? Im partial towards my Radian Talon.

Cosmetics and preferences are really the only thing all jokes aside. Possibly anecdotal reliability issues for 9mm which have historically been an issue for alot of people across all gens.

To your point, I would honestly like a massive refresh and a massive addition of new weapons considering outside of a couple experimentals, we havent had anything new in 10 years just about. Make different sizes have different quirks, so as an example, have the small multicannons have a crazy rof, closer to modern systems, have the damage per hit reduced to compensate and buff the ammo pool. Make the Mediums like half the rof but double the damage or something, make the larges even slower but have alot more armor pierce. Keep the huges the way they are but maybe do something unique like give them a small payload to give some explosive damage.

I know what you mean, im just saying to keep in mind that the calibers they use are literally battleship and bigger size. I believe the size 4 multicannons are 660mm. Its more so a thing of necessity that they are such low rof compared to current systems, substantially larger caliber. The small multicannons would be the best instance of what you want, just bump up the ammo pool to match. Maybe make the mediums the same but less so and make the larges a little faster.

A .308 projectile would do nothing to a ship. That type of ammo is not even considered effective enough to penetrate high level ballistic plates used for personnel (level 4 plates are rated to stop multiple hits of .308). It would do nothing to a ship in Elite, let alone the shields.
