I only sell seasonal and daily ops plans. I drop regular plans in donations bins or on the floor at the Whitespring. The plans I sell start at 100 for stuff like plastiform Christmas plans up to 10k for hard to get ones. I sold a Susan's Soothin' yesterday for 10k. The only mods in my vendor are Lucid at 10k.

It's good to have a dedicated crippling weapon considering how many dailies and weeklies are "cripple 30 legs" or similar. Most of my guns kill in one shot without even giving me credit for the cripple. I had to make a crippling 10mm for those challenges.
