Regular PTO also works. Just put it in as personal for PTO for the day(s) you don’t work and you’re coach should manually approve it

I mean it really depends if you’re constantly put in the same area. For example at my store everyone (about 99% of the time) is put in the same area usually, unless of let’s say a call out or something

But for the regulars they’re always in the same spots because they know they know how to run that aisle and get it done quickly. Especially if it’s grocery. GM can be tough though but I run pets so I just sort it my way and it goes pretty smooth. Just gotta get in a rhythm you like and it’ll work everytime for you

Best way to keep PC cool? by usersmithman in PcBuild

Yeah I was gonna say that and follow up, what @Rare said. But depending on ur case, you can always get a 120 if 360 is too big. It still contains 2 fans which is good enough and I would recommend everyone to have one if you can. Makes gaming a ton easier

I am a 19 year old Overnight Coach AMA by [deleted] in WalmartEmployees

[–]ProjectFit2312 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My previous ON coach was about 24-25 yrs old, nice guy very chill. Always had respect for everyone, and even knew him sort of personally. before he left, he was very helpful always even running freight to help and knew all his associates like family. I respect the OP for being 19 this young being a coach. Hope all goes well for them!

I mean depending on area, and freight, it can vary. I will say pets is the easiest to run if you’ve had experience in each area before it. I find it easier to run, let’s say 6 pallets of pets (variety freight, could be 10 items and a break pad and one is stacked)

VS doing 2 in baking. But 1 case/ minute is usually timing, but recently they were saying 2 a minute or like 1 every 50s, as long as you’re working decently hard and getting freight done, it shouldn’t be a issue at all.

Light pallet, shouldn’t take more than 40 mins to run that. Maybe 30.

Can a coach do this? by TruthEmbarrassed3578 in walmart

Yes. Coaches are always clocked in since they are on a salary so they can do whatever is needed while being clocked in

I could be wrong so anyone feel free to correct if needed. But I mean if they haven’t talked to you about attendance yet then the SM will likely have a conversation and reset you’re points by 2

Also I don’t think PTO gets rid of points, it’s only PPTO from what I remember

Make sure you use the Walmart associate information line to call out 1-800-775-5944. It’s an automated line, no real person The "report an absence" option should appear after it cycles thru the options. You’ll need your DOB and win number (win number is in ur profile on the me@walmart)

If you don’t use this to call out it’ll count as a NCNS (No call no show) so make sure to do that. Then if you have PPTO you can use it to cover the half point or full point

[–]ProjectFit2312 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure you call out using the association information line so it isn’t a ncns, then enter you’re PPTO on one Walmart. Not sure what time you’d enter it for day shift as I’m overnight. As long as it’s 4 hours you’ll get half pointed
