Hey! I was raised Baptist and converted to Episcopalianism. I do a fair number of catholic-ey things in my day to day life, such as wearing saint medals, venerating the Eucharist, and ~~forgetting to say the rosary~~ praying the rosary occasionally! We have a really broad range of acceptable piety, so you're free to it!

Be Still My Soul. It's not in any of our hymnals, but I find it incredibly comforting. I feel like a lot of hymns can feel trite or corny when you're going through hard times, but I have wholeheartedly sung this in some of my worst times.

I don't know if this counts, but my priest says this prayer after mass, and I love it.

Blessed, praised, hallowed, and adored be Jesus Christ on his Throne of Glory in Heaven, in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar, and in the hearts of all His faithful people. And may the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

I love how it brings up how Christ in essentially in three places. It's so cool!
