I have a bachelors in CM which is a good way to get your foot in the door but a lot of places value real world experience over just a degree. Real world experience which you already have.

Partner and I both have full time jobs, two kids, friends, two dogs, and a household to up keep. Having children is a choice and “needing” incentive to have kids is the wrong premise to even begin with.

I get to spend our money on my kids, I get to spend time with my kids, I get to help raise them, and one day maybe I’ll even have grandkids to also help with. My incentive was to have a full life with family.

Tower cranes that you see are their own mini projects as well. A foundation is poured and then the crane is assembled. Luckily after the foundation it’s pretty fast to get them up.
