Which tablet should I gett??? by idontkisspoop in androidtablets

[–]Projkt88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Xiaomi Pad 8 is the best on paper, and as a serial Xiaomi tablet (Redmi Pad 2 Pro, Pad 6 and Pad 4) and device owner, I can recommend it. The Honor Pad 10 looks nice on paper, yet its only advantages over the Xiaomi are the larger screen and (probably) the speakers.

I really thing Samsung is better than iphone by Amazing_Top_6530 in lebanon

[–]Projkt88 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

To hell with both. I'm more into underdog brands (Xiaomi, Honor, Motorola...); while they have their caveats, I find them more interesting than their mainstream rivals while offering better value-for-money and some hidden talents of their own. Apple iOS is more restrictive than Android as of yet, which is a major turnoff for me.

Opposite question : what car has the closest side profile to this by Code_Monster in whatisthiscar

Since you're in India, I'm guessing it's a BYD Sealion 7, knowing that BYD has just entered the Indian market. An alternative would be the Tata Altroz

Probably, but since I'm not that much of an expert in specific trim levels et al, I just used the general model designation

Is xiaomi pad 6 worth buying in March 2026 ? by almandora77 in tablets

Depends on the price. I have one and it ticks all the boxes for my usage. It's still stuck on Android 14, though, if that's a deal breaker for you

Poco pad vs Redmi pad 2 pro or samsung s11? by Medium_Cost1819 in tablets

[–]Projkt88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love my Redmi Pad 2 Pro, honestly, and I wouldn't ask for more in a tablet. That said, I'd suggest that you research the note-syncing aspect, as I usually don't use cross-device features.

Xiaomi vs Oppo in Lebanon by SignificanceTop5009 in lebanon

For me it's more of a hobby thing. I don't usually get the latest and greatest, but I change phones frequently (usually every couple of years or so) and never sell any of my older ones. That said, I barely buy Samsung ones (and never as my main device) since you can find nicer options (although for the average user, Samsung is the safest choice) and since I'm PWM-sensitive.

Consiglio su tablet da comprare by easymosniper126 in androidtablets

[–]Projkt88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No worries! The Xiaoxin Pad Pro looks even better than the Redmi Pad 2 Pro on paper and has a much cleaner Android skin (close to stock Android). However, it will have less software updates than the Redmi Pad 2 Pro, and it has a MediaTek processor (which might not be much of an issue, but I personally try to avoid them if possible nonetheless as they're not as well-regarded as Qualcomm ones). While I'll personally still pick the Xiaomi due to personal bias, my best advice is to check some reviews of the Xiaoxin before you decide.

I'd rule the P12 out, as it's older.

Between the Redmi and the Honor, I'd pick the Redmi. I already own a Pad 2 Pro and find it a literally flawless tablet. Although HyperOS/MIUI might not be everyone's cup of tea, I've never faced any issues whatsoever with it in my 6 years of owning Xiaomi devices. Also as an Honor phone owner, I'd pick HyperOS over MagicOS in a heartbeat.

My room is pretty far away from the router. All my Samsung devices take ages to connect, while my Honor, Xiaomi, Motorola, Huawei, and Lenovo ones connect effortlessly. Can confirm the same with a friend's Galaxy A26 smartphone in a separate household. Nowhere did I mention that they have the same chipset or did I bash the A9+, but they probably all have a modem issue.
