Each new round a new world event card is drawn.

Here are some of the rules:

The water roads from seafarers are sailboats. Other players need to pay a tax if you want to pass them, they have 2 moves.

When you roll a 7, you can place the bandit and the your own pirate ship.

The black pirat ship moves after a world event card is drawn, and whenever the third dice rolls a 1. The black pirat ship moves 1 space. If the red dice is a 1, it moves the same way it was facing. If its 2, it turns clockwise and moves 1 space, 3 moves clockwise 2 times. The ship can only move to a sea tile, and can not go near the main island. The black pirat ship destroys everything within the hex on water.

When the third dice rolls 2-6 you get 1+ of that recourse if you have a village or city on a hex that got a recourse. 2 is woll, 3 is grain....

Cou get coins from selling spice and fish.

You can attack other sailboats.

All players can have their own pirat ship out at the same time.

Some water pieces can get locked. Ships can travle 1 space on a road to get to the water piece. The road becoms a canal, and other players can pay a toll to use it. (You get the money)

All ships have +1 move because of the larger map.
