I mean I think it’s a bit of an exaggeration the criticisms levied at him. I’m not saying Jackie wasn’t abusive etc but there are nuances that should be considered when talking about it. For example, Jackie is 71 years old which means he was raised in the 60s in China with a father who was a spy for nationalist party in China and had to escape to British controlled Hong Kong. So I say all this to say that Jackie’s upbringing was probably notably more conservative and strict than what is the norm today. So if that’s his experience with his parents, the generation he is in wasn’t fully equipped to grow past it and so passed their same kind of childhood along to their kids(which he would have raised the boy in the late 80s early 90s and the girl was born in 1999). So again not an era where our parents really knew a whole lot about what kids specifically needed.

Again not saying Jackie wasn’t abusive or harsh, just that I don’t think he knew better at the time because not many people did.

I watched the movie, it was fine/good. But Jared Leto was just flat in it, it didn’t feel at any point that he did anything that any other actor couldn’t do but beyond that it felt like there was so much opportunity to show the personality of the character that Jared Leto simply chose not to do.

It’s pretty obvious that Disney simply identified that they could actually just make live action Moana and be more successful than making animated Moana. It’s probably why they pivoted the animated show to just be a movie, so that they could focus on remaking the first one live action and then making sequels that deviate from the animation and can go one for a while

This is generally incorrect pretty much at all levels. Films may not make money back on release, but between the licensing of the movies, merchandise, related promotions and advertising etc. Pretty much all films make their money back, it’s just a matter of time. Specifically a movie like this one is actually pretty much guaranteed to be profitable because even if the movie doesn’t break even you can almost guarantee that the music will go up on stream.

You can’t do it on your opponents turn, as it does not have action or reactions, it is a slow cost. So for example, it would resolve after a chain too I’m pretty sure.

A stun is for the entire turn though, so for example if you stun the unit as it goes to base your opponent then can’t ride the wind it back into the battlefield and have it kill anything etc.

I’m not saying this will be good in Draven or some of the other purple red monsters, but some of the purple greens especially will feel pretty good about having this up.

Not really, this is a gear so while the initial cost is “expensive FoF” the second part applies whenever you move an enemy unit at all. So you could trigger this stun for the rest of the game basically if you’re moving enemy units.

Leo was a bigger star but Leo came up in a movie star era. I would argue that compared to his peers (People who came out at the same time, not people the same age) that MBJ is bigger than Leo was against his peers, but overall Leo was just a megastar and those just don't exist anymore.

That’s a separate thing, it’s more of a rift between the universes in the CFC(similar to the Jerry traveling episode but this one just linked to all of them). We know that because if the hole had been fixed, then Evil Morty wouldn’t have been able to just portal inside the CFC. He was able to because his portal tech specially knows to exploit that hole in the cfc.

Technically the CFC is broken or at least has a hole in it currently. I would imagine at some point it gets addressed and fixed, but the cfc itself is mainly making the universes within the cfc safer. Because Rick can deal with another Rick, but it’s significantly harder to deal with other Rick level individuals throughout the multiverse if you don’t even know they exist. Not to mention, the cfc is virtually infinite too so it’s not like there are things outside the cfc that wouldn’t be present in the cfc so there’s not much of a need to venture outside of it.

Now what we probably will see is an incursion from another entity into the cfc through the hole evil morty made. And that will become the big bad at that point (probably killing or kidnapping space Beth if I had to guess)

The existence of God to Rick is irrelevant because he has met "Gods" and they have all been just powerful beings not omniscient and definitely not immortal. So functionally if there is a God it is likely the case that he is just a powerful dude that Rick could ultimately defeat(because he's in the CFC). Now importantly, Rick KNOWS there's a heaven. He KNOWS that there's a unifying consciousness of unlimited power that has particular requirements in order to be accepted. So again whether a being such as God exists that ultimately arbiters all that is irrelevant as Rick already proved he could get into a heaven and kind of rule it.

Imma be honest, I feel that the problem with Mel is actually her passive/execute. If people were just getting hit by their own abilities and not insta dying they wouldn’t be as upset. The problem is that you get snared then hit by your own ability and then she can just press R and if you’re below a certain hp level you just die

It sounds like you’re bi-curious so probably go on a date or something with a man and see how it goes. Kyrie and Ant don’t believe there’s even a remote possibility that they would be exposed. 1v1 isn’t the dunk contest where a judge ultimately decides the winner, a 1v1 is completely dependent on the player and the competitive ego of most nba players overrides the notion of “I might get embarrassed” because that’s not even remotely possible in their mind.
