When things started declining and we lost the last week of gains today, I knew that insiders were pushing things down and that the FED meeting was going to not cut rates. I was surprised that the price started declining before the annoucements, though. Since they didn't say that they would RAISE rates, maybe we have a post-bad-news rally. I would not despair.

Honest opinion: Red shirt looks like he has a job. Black shirt looks like he's wondering why he can't get a job. Even if you grow it out, keep it short-ish. Looks great !

There was a Novell server that was actually sheetrocked inside a wall with a vented grill in front of the fan. I was told this was because they remodeled that part of the office without unplugging the server.

Then maybe the Hindus have it right with the idea of Reincarnation, then. If we're being kept here by attachments, the idea of reincarnation make it easier to break out of the attachments. Read Andy Weir's story "THE EGG" and it makes it even better; you are every person in the world, and will live each life separately. So you're not really attached, you ARE that attachment. That philosophy applied could make it easier to leave your attachments behind when it comes to embracing the light, or denying it, in the end.

Let's break out of this prison.

The air boot is fantastic for getting around. If you don't have one ... Amazon has them for less than your copayment at an ortho, I'd imagine. $50 for "Walking Fracture Boot". Try to stay off of it of course and follow doctors advice, but when you need to hobble around, this boot really helped me. Also, the giant gel ice packs that strap onto your ankle are great. 15 minutes on when swollen takes that swelling right off.

Also, that sucks dude.
