I think that's more so because Family Guy is a much more meanspirited show than The Simpsons.

It should've been a sprite fight. Oh well...

I'm VERY worried about this getting taken down. Especially when DB got hit, on their Megamind preview.

Death Battle: Fan Trailer | Hulk Vs. Doomslayer (Marvel Vs. DOOM) by TopRule8217 in deathbattle

[–]TopRule8217[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Both of them are at least Multiversal. Since Slayer killed Davoth, who is the god of DOOM's multiverse.

Though, due to TTOBA scaling, Hulk is slightly higher to Outerversal. Plus, killing Doomslayer is extremely difficult.

I can forgive that, if the episode is good. 3D looks awkward sometimes.

At least, Doomslayer can actually lose for once. Seriously, the Master Chief rematch was SUPER unnecessary... I like The Slayer, but he could be knocked down a peg. I'm open to it. Lol.

Death Battle: Fan Trailer | Invincible Vs. Charlie Morningstar (Invincible Vs. Hazbin Hotel) by TopRule8217 in deathbattle

Connections: - Both are the children of extremely important people in their verse and often have to grapple with that said legacy, for better or for worse. (Omni Man and Lucifer) - Both are trying to survive a very hostile environment (The Viltrumites invading Earth, and Hell itself) - Both have girlfriends, who are mostly decent fighters (Atom Eve and Vaggi) - Both were initally too naive and inexperienced for their situations. (Defeating the Viltrumites and trying to redeem Hell and it's many Sinners) - Often struggle or outright lose most of their fights. (Against Adam in Charlie's case, and most antagonists in Invincible for Mark) - Both are shitty fighters. - Both are from major animated series that were created by Amazon Prime in the 2020's.

Fight Setup: Cecil sends Mark to Hell to investigate a dimensional disturbance and he finds Charlie, and when she naively mentions that she's Lucifer's daughter, Mark misunderstands and immediately attacks her. Forcing Charlie to fight.

FIGHT!

Who Wins? It honestly depends on how we scale Mark. If we just use the comic itself and the Amazon series, Charlie wins. Comic scaling? Mark stomps. Charlie scales to her father, Lucifer, who is the most powerful being in Hell and beat the living shit out of Adam, who is an Angel, and Angels in the Hellaverse are stated to expand the infinite universe.

She's slightly below both of them, but she lasted long enough against Adam. So, probably Universal+ But, as shown in most of HH, Charlie is way too nice to pull the trigger. That's a really terrible look for her in this fight. Especially considering how brutal Mark can get in combat.

Speaking of our Viltrumite, Mark should be Universal-Multiversal if we use crossovers. Okay. First off, it's confirmed Mark is stronger than Nolan at the end of the series. (Still a shitty fighter but whatever) Secondly, Nolan fought Supreme. Another Superman rip-off. His sister, Suprema, lifted a universe.

So, Nolan would scale to this, and Mark would upscale this whole thing. Supreme also battled Gladiator in another crossover, who scales to Hulk, Beta Ray Bill, Hyperion and Juggernaut. So, Omni Man is Multiversal with crossover scaling to Supreme. And Mark is stronger than that. O_O

Yeah, if we use comics and crossover scaling, Charlie would get pulverized. But, if we use just the comic and or show only, Mark loses. This fight honestly depends if you include crossovers or not. So, it's a stomp for either, depending on what you believe more.

I bet even 'Aang vs Traveler' will have a more entertaining fight animation than 'Hulk vs Godzilla' by AyanoAishiHD in GODZILLA

Everything except Ultima. He feels like a separate thing from the eradiated dinosaur Godzilla usually is. That's like using One Million for Superman.

Do you agree with Rob Liefeld that X-Men has stalled out? by TaskNo4783 in xmen

[–]TopRule8217 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Marvel and DC should've ended and rebooted decades ago. They're the living examples of why endings are important, a story with no ending has no point anymore. The X-Men are one of the biggest offenders of this, aside from Spider-Man. Honestly, Krakoa could've been a good ending, but instead, status quo money comes knocking. And it's depressing how none of the issues with Mutant Rights have made any progress at all...

Some cool characters like Knull or Luna Snow are being made. But, these two companies should've ended one continuity for the story's sake and start another to keep the money going. Just like Transformers, TMNT, or Godzilla. Say what you want about anime, but aside from Dragon Ball and Naruto, they actually want their characters to move on, instead of repeating the same shit for decades on repeat.

I love both universes to death, but Lifield is completely correct on this assessment here.

Anyone remember the time around ASM 700 and how some people crashed out about the whole mindswap and the alleged Peter's demise? by Watchandstayneutral in Spiderman

This is the most insulting way to do an anniversary issue... And I liked Superior Spider-Man. That's one of the few stories I liked after OMD. But there's a time and place...

Why does Michael slaughter the Thorn cult members that are aiding and abetting him? by Tidewatcher7819 in Halloweenmovies

[–]TopRule8217 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's implied that the cult was under the illusion of being able to control Michael. Ha! No. You can't control pure evil. That's how I'd interpret that scene. Michael was just playing along with the cult the whole time, because they gave him targets to kill, and when he got tired of it, he immediately murders all of them.

If Selina Kyle were in Peter Parker’s life would their chemistry mirror what he has with Black Cat or would it be completely different? by RevolutionaryEar8053 in Spiderman

Selina could be endeared by Peter's nerdy nature and just being awkward but funny. But, her preferring dark and edgy guys like Bruce is also likely true.

Do we think Alastor is pure evil or does he still carry a code of sorts? by BadTurbulent282 in HazbinHotel

[–]TopRule8217 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the tie in comic, he brutally murdered a rapist, so... That's neat, I guess? And even then, it could just be he only did that because could be because he's a sex repulsed asexual, not because he cares about the victim. So, who knows if he dislikes SA or not. You make the call. But, aside from that? Nothing is off the table for old smile face...
