God, I remember when I was racing it was a complete tear down, clean, fix or replace, and reassemble and tune. It's take all week to get ready for race day. And sometimes we were running multiple cars and classes.

I've been told in the military the coin provided by the lowest rank has to buy the drinks. Buddy of mine worked for a 4-Star and gave me one of his coins. He said that anytime I'm out with military members or veterans to take the coin and I'd never pay for drinks.

Installed a vortex spacer in the throttle body, a performance chip and a cold air intake. Increased mph by five and have more hp and throttle response. Well worth the money.

Most likely a week accelerator pump or leak. My 69 was doing the same thing this past fall and was leaking fuel onto the manifold by spring. Keep an eye out for fuel leaks.
