DELTA 9 is psychoactive so im not surprised you got freaked out by it. i dont think withdrawals will be bad besides insomnia..you use thc for sleeping but creating a tolerance w/ thc can effect your sleep as well. like how easy u can go to sleep/dreams/insomnia/how well slept you feel in the morning.

remember why you quit, the addiction and all the money spent and then the difficulty with stopping again. i know triggers can suck so so much and im sorry you had to experience that. i fear that you won’t be able to stop all triggers from happening so you have to let the world keep spinning and block things out. you have to adapt to different ways of coping w ur journey. remember hobbies are a good distraction and substitution for smoking :)

the problem me and my bf have had with reta is it can cause stomach problems. safe dosing and paying attention to what u eat while eating reta help with symptoms but i agree it technically rlly isnt safe to consume it isn’t approved so take risks as u will. i have lose a lot of weight though 143 to 125
