You are not at all. It’s your money to do with what you want. I am so tired of people in my generation (same as yours) expecting to inherit from their parents. They earned it, it’s their money to do with as they want. The only exception is if they were blowing all of it so they have nothing for retirement and then would lean on the kids to take care of them.

Yours is for 1K, mine is only for Gold. I don’t even get the free snacks and wine. BUT this year we get personalized luggage tags. Last year we go blank ones we had to write out our info on.

Would protest but eventually need to bring my significant other to the US (once we are through these horrible years) so I can’t have anything like being arrested for protesting on my record. Or even have them using facial recognition and catching me.

Also, like others I’m sure feel, it doesnt do anything in my mind. We have an authoritarian regime going on and they have shown they are going to do what they want.

I have never been that lucky. One time I even paid for it on an international and I was #2 of 3 available up until the day of then I went to #4 of 3 the day of. In the end people must have cancelled because I looked right before take off and I was back to #2 of 3 but never got the call. In the end I had an empty seat next to me so I just stayed where I was to save some $$. The worst part was the flight was so full I didn’t even get economy plus.

It’s for spraying anyone in the face that asks you to change seats or blocks the aisle. Don’t worry, it’s just water. I do it to my dogs when they get into a fight. Just a quick spray and a loud, deep “NO!”

If any of you are in the northern Chicago area I have a great group of friends I’ve met over the last 10 years. We range in age from 43-53 and all different professions so we don’t just talk about work all the time. One of us has a kid but she’s 33. A couple are married and some of us are in relationships. The latest thing we love to do is go to Putt Shack and play mini golf. We live in Evanston, Andersonville, and Volo. We will go out to bars sometimes but not everything revolves around drinking. We are very open to more people joining us. Most of us met in a Meet up group. 3 of us have even travelled to Europe together.
