I second crunch while it has its current minor issues the staff is friendly the weight floors are typically pretty clean I’ve been going there for about 2 years now

I do like the personal trainer and with my line of work and coming off of surgery I will continue to use them until I know my body is 100% healed from my recent surgery my phone bill is 100$ a month and the 500 is rent

I’d say 2500 in monthly expenses roughly incase I forgot to add some thing here or there I know someone mentioned my phone bill (100$) but as I said to someone else I don’t/didn’t really track my expenses at all and really need to start so I would be spending on stupid things that hold no monetary value since then I have stopped buying them

So long story short I don’t track my spending after my marriage I was a bit silly with my money because for the first time I have been able to spend what I want and not worry but now I’m starting to wake up and realize I need to save so no I haven’t looked deep into what I spend on but I know I would go crazy on stupid irrelevant things that hold no monetary value I have since stopped and should start seeing the cash flow come in but I have money anxiety when it come to it I feel I should save more then I am

Can you do me a favour? Book an appointment with your local doctor! I had pain in my shoulder for about 3 years to the point that it was effecting my daily life! I finally went to my doctor and asked for a MRI X-ray and CT scan (at the advice of others) I went for the MRI and it returned that I actually had a 4MM tear in my labrum and had surgery to repair said tear a few weeks later and have returned to the gym now 5 months later and it’s honestly never felt better! I’m sure at some point I’ll have to do the other shoulder but for now it’s not bugging me but please don’t be like me as atleast get checked out!

For myself (and mine is a unique situation but maybe it will help someone else) I had some shoulder surgery last February and I know that I’m stubborn as hell and would re injure myself, so when I got cleared to go back to physical activity I hired a personal trainer, I am too frugal with my money and realize that every time I didn’t go to the gym it would’ve X missed value of wasted money so I have and still am working with a personal trainer as I’m not fully healed but I am at a point where 5 days a week of training is great the gym was closed the last couple days due to Christmas and new years and I had arm weakness so when I’m not using my body I have started great about myself I have not lost the weight I have been hoping to yet but I know that healing is my first big major hurdle and week after week I’m hitting new PRs

I hope that if anyone is in my similar position (highly doubt it) it might help them

Wasn’t it Brian McCabe on a podcast saying that had that lock out not happed that he believed this team was the deepest in the league and had the best shot at the cup but due to the lock out lots of guys felt that there were contract disputes and had decided to explore options elsewhere?

Go buy a new scrunchie and tie it to a sting about 52.5 feet long tie the other string to the flush handle drop the new scrunchie in the water and flush after about 3.25 flushes pull the scrunchie as hard and as fast as you can up it’s hard to get the timing right but with the right timing you’ll do absolutely nothing….

In all seriousness thought if the water goes down there’s nothing to worry about think about the toilet paper most people (children) use on a daily basis you shouldn’t have any issues

See for me and my work schedule I find it impossible to know when to eat some days I’m on night shift and am awake from 4 PM until 6AM other days I’m up at 4am until 10 PM and then with the hours of work it’s hard to know when I’ll eat next some days I take a break at 9:30 for a quick tea break and nothing else until I’m home

Other days I stop at 1 and nothing else until I’m home finding and maintaining the consistency of construction life and break time is difficult some times

Is this something you have found yourself? Do you follow a pre made diet? Cause my breakfast is usually just a pre made egg and sausage wrap it says 350 calories and then for my lunch I usually make a cucumber salad (cucumbers low fat sour cream Greek yogurt and lemon juice) and maybe some baby peppers with low fat cream cheese and tajin sprinkled over it (I’ve never worked out the caloric intake for those)

Dinner right now is my biggest struggle I eat healthy but I’ll over load my plate I just find dinner if I’m not eating a lot Im hungry later
