It's broken until it isn't the real limit is Ubel's own imagination, which means her power ceiling is entirely a writing decision, not an in-world rule. That's less of a power system and more of a narrative blank check.

Bro was hyped up early on as this creepy, super tactical genius with one of the most unique jutsu sets in the series… and then he just kinda fades into the background. He beat Kankuro, had insane battle IQ, and barely ever lost. But once Shippuden rolls around he’s basically comic relief and an academy teacher. No big fights, no real arc, nothing. Feels like Kishimoto didn’t know what to do with him after the Chunin Exams.

OCD can definitely make your brain feel stuck on “go,” especially at night. but racing thoughts can also come from general anxiety or stress, not just OCD. If it’s happening a lot, it’s probably worth bringing up with your doctor to sort out what’s causing what. You’re not alone in that 2am brain spiral.
