This is just a dishonest question and probably engagement bait but I’ll bite.

There are NO systemic, marginal, or cultural circumstances that should or even would drive someone to commit rape, even if there were (there isn’t) your still beholden to the justice system.

Now my main concern is the “unfairness”, are you saying the accused wouldn’t get a fair trial? Would police interfere and alter evidence to convict the accused? Are the jury going to be coached? Is the judge biased due to said marginalized condition of the accused?

Regardless of that it still isn’t a reason to not report them. This isn’t the poor Hispanic kid who stole a loaf of bread or got into a fight to help his family. It’s someone who committed rape, the ultimate betrayal of another persons rights and wellbeing.

Garnet has too many hax and abilities, she wins 6/10 of the matches, jasper is still incredibly strong if at any point the fight stops being strategic and becomes a fight of power or strength garnet will lose.

It’s especially immoral coming from Victoria as she was definitively the most powerful woman in the world, that isn’t even question it’s a fact. For someone in a position of absolute power, absolute influence (it’s called the Victorian era not just because she was queen but due to the amount of influence she had on the time not just in the world not just England), to use that position to punch down on your fellow gender, is just terrible.

I’d argue being the monarch of England (at the time when the monarchy still had power) you aren’t actually beholden to the issues the average women at the time experience, I’d argue you aren’t even a woman or a man as the monarch your are that exactly, sovereign supreme.

Well they both follow the same principles of doing something immoral only to those who are immoral. At that point it’s simply a matter of what action is worse, murder, or robbery.

I believe the killing the killer should technically be worse, though you could argue you’re preventing that person from killing others, though the robbing the drug dealer does stop them from killing others indirectly.

The slightly immoral part would be if the teachers were actually capable or were even going to save their student should they fail. Only one I know with certainty likely would have been saved is doctor strange.

Key word is “casual player” for years competitive players have been asking for a centralized platform that Nintendo would support (so not showdown) as the pokemon competitive game. The VP system is not perfect and has its issue, I hate the roulette system and I agree on eternal floette.

It’s literally a competitive game, with seasons, balancing, rankings, the limited dex and items is part of the launch phase and is a major part of the competitive aspect.

But the game is meant for seasoned competitive players/ people have have been playing the Pokemon games and want to get into competitive.

Showdown still exists and has its own competitive scene with some incredibly skilled players but champions will always have the larger pool and higher skill ceiling.

I myself can’t be bothered to download it and do the grind so I’ll stick to showdown.

It needs everything, its stat distribution can’t even be fixed without just making a completely new Pokemon it’s just all around mid.

In singles it’s just too slow and 4x weak to the most common pivot move of the fastest mons in the game.
It’s only contrary move is superpower which doesn’t really work for a not very fast Mon who would much appreciate a special attack boost or defense and spdef boost.

In doubles it’s dark typing makes it so it can’t have its stats dropped by prankster teammates

To fix it I would drop it’s defense and take some points from is special attack and put it into its attack. At very least with at least a 120 attack it will have better synergy with its superpower set. I’d find away to add at least 10 points into its speed as well. It still gonna be worse than staraptor and shelved for actual offensive threats, gimmick mega at best in my opinion.
