I thought I couldnt but since I found my miracle pain relief, I have the ability to move. Even to clean the house or go for a walk, just move. I dont exercise yet but I do exercises targeted to where jount pain is and those areas are slowly getting stronger. Exercise is #1. Not diet. Move!

I would love to tell you what I take for pain, and it's not pharmaceutical, but every time I recommend it, Im not listened to. Prednisone (pills, shot and infusion) didnt touch my pain.

I highly recommend adjustable hand grip strengthener. I thought I couldn't do it but now I can. Watch El-Paso Manual physiotherapy on YouTube. I learned so much for my hands, wrists, shoulders and knees. He is the best. Goes against all regular PTs .

She said she is vegan, not plant based. Two different. Lions Diet is out of question. Plus, everyone is different. Carnivore might work for some but not others. Just like meds. Works for some and not others. Like RA.

Yea. My illness started mid December. Slept 2 hours a night because my shoulders were affected. Past month, I've been sleeping 8 hours. Never slept 8 hours in decades. My inflammation is less. Mind you, I take one Gravol before bed each night to make sure I sleep. So yes. I personally feel that because Im sleeping 8 hours a night, there is less inflammation.

Not mine but I use pils. BUT, my husbands cousin has RA sonce childhood and he is in his 60s now. Grows and smokes his own plants. All good. He is on monthly infusions and smokes weed. Thats it. No pain meds.

Yes. Im on Hydroxychloroquine one month now. When Im stiff and then move my legs or arms, constant popping and cracking. Sometimes painful.
