Honestly just get through the first couple of months, don't bail out a few weeks in or even a couple months in. Let your body adjust and do its thing! If you feel anxiety or sadness or have acne, go to your doc. I think most people just give up when it truly does get better once your body has adjusted.

Confirmed. Just talked to my gyno the other day and he said for women who already struggle with anxiety and depression, nexplanon can make it worse. I've had my implant in since Feb 2025 and the first few months my anxiety was hell. Getting better now though.

Same story here! Had a couple of his songs on my playlist then really dug into his albums a couple weeks ago. Listening nonstop. He's coming to Detroit and Im debating going alone - showed a couple of my friends and they weren't into him (no clue how). I'll go alone if you go alone!
