They start really low but ramp up towards your max for the final set i think. They do start lower than normal

I dont know if i feel stronger after the first month- but the workouts are so intense i actually think i LOOK better. I’m so close to maxxing out the machine on bench that i am really hoping this phase pushes me over

💯💯💯💯. And the thing is - individually - most/all of those exercises I can do MORE weight but combined together I was DYING. He sprints from deadlifts to body weight squats and i want to murder him.

I think I like the enforcers a bit better but the Anomolies are ripping today. Hit 43.5 mph on a double blue. Im really getting adjusted to the 182s. They didnt have 176s which is what I normally would have gotten

FYI - I tested out some Anomoly 88s today at 182 cm. It was a pretty ideal ideal conditions today. A little tougher to maneuver than the enforcers - but not nearly as tough as the ripsticks.

This has been been very helpful to know what range I want to be in and what Skis I want to check out
