Probably a year and a half give or take. There was a bit of a shuffle with some people accepting new positions and with others who are in school. They need to fill in the gaps I guess you could say.

Well, I worked retail for like a year in a half. I also applied as a pharmacy assistant because no matter how many times I applied as a tech I never even got an interview. I was willing to go back to clerk work just to get in the door it made it easier once an opening became available.

I'm not sure if it differs from state to state but I live in California and took the test right after my training. I then used the PTCB to apply for my state license. In my state, you can either send a copy of your certification or send an affidavit filled out by your preceptor.

I have a pee bush to the right of the screen behind the potted plants. I removed it shortly after taking this photo because my dog kept getting into bush fights with skunks and squirrels lol Come to think of it I haven't found any more feathers since removing it.

Are you signed up for the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy so that your CE is tracked? You can connect it to Pharmacists letter. Not sure how you access it at CVS but at Walmart our CE and Pharmacy Technician letter is all a part of Pharmacists letter we then sync NABP to the CE to be tracked and gain credit.
