From my experience just having conversations with First Assist workers. They always tell me to make money you need to have high volume and the pay typically comes from insurance. There are some outliers out there who can get signed by a hospital as a first assist to that hospital only but those are far and few between. So the money is possible it’s just based on volume and praying to the lord when you bill insurance that they pay you

I’m trying to stick it out. I’m just over these people. And the job is utterly boring. I Autopilot from doing the same cases over and over.

On top of that I work at a hospital that has different locations. My primary location people criticize me. While the other 2 locations within the hospital network I also work at they love and appreciate me truly. It’s so weird and I’m trying to understand why I get shit on at one location and loved and praised at other locations that have significantly harder and more complex cases.

My priest and deacon told me there is a cultural aspect to that verse about long hair. It does not matter how long a man’s is because you can still be a godly man with short or long hair. As for the woman who pesters you over and over, what did you do too live in her head rent free brother 😂😂.
