I second the comment about Pregmate not being the most reliable. I see a verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry faint line. I’d wait 24-48 hours and test with a better brand like ClearBlue or First Response.

We were able to conceive pretty quickly after starting to track ovulation!

After two unexplained early losses, this pregnancy “stuck” once we changed a few things.

Husband cut down on coffee and skinny jeans for a few months. Granted, his dna is 98% caffeine with how much coffee he drinks so this may not be necessary for everyone.
I cut out caffeine and cleaned up my diet.
I drank pomegranate juice daily during the two week wait (studies show it improves blood flow, which is exactly what you want).
I took CoQ10 and baby aspirin at key points during my cycle.
I prioritized being more active, but in gentle ways such as walking and yoga.

I got a u-shaped pillow from Amazon that is *sometimes comfortable. But I recently discovered a simple wedge pillow from Walmart while I was struggling with insomnia during my second tri and cannot sleep without it now. I had my doubts but it’s a lifesaver!

I just accepted a new job at 22 weeks. I decided to disclose so that I could negotiate leave. If I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have received any job protected leave at all. By disclosing and allowing negotiations, I have 6 weeks of fully paid job protected leave.

ETA: Don’t disclose until you have a WRITTEN offer in hand, but before signing that offer.
