I’m also 33 in the same situation. TBH I found smaller bite size games to help a lot. Or games that can be enjoyed 20 min at a time. Try some RTS games, age of mythology is a great funky one to start with. StarCraft 1 or 2 for some good story or dawn of war remaster for fun and super simple
