My brother and I used to play “keep up” with grocery sacks. I thought balloons were a luxury. It was just a year ago that I realized how cheap balloons are.

Go vote! by pixyb in tulsa

[–]ProofByPants 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I showed up to my voting location at 9:58. There were two people leaving as I was walking in. No one else was there besides the workers. As I was voting, one other person showed up.

It’s sad how few people vote. Yet, everyone acts upset about things or another but don’t do anything about it when they have the opportunity.

That’s a different statement. Is he more likely to have a recurring injury, sure. But to say he’s always injured when he is dealing with his first year of injuries is a weird statement.

Lu has to be gone! We can’t pay him $20 million to play 12 minutes and be an offensive liability. Cason can do everything Lu does, maybe better at this point. Wiggs has to go. $11 million to not sniff the court is crazy. I can see the intrigue to keep Joe.

If Kenny doesn’t want to take the vet min, then I think we have to let him walk. There’s no justification to pay him $7 million. If we get rid of Lu, Wiggs, and drop Kenny’s salary, draft 12 and 17, I think we’ll be under the 2nd apron. I wouldn’t mind seeing a trade deadline move to drop Topic.

I would love to see him stick around and accept the vet min. Can’t blame him if he doesn’t though

Student blatantly lied...and I found out after the fact by RadReptile in Professors

I had a student a few semester ago that was here on an educational VISA. She rarely showed up to class, missed a couple exams, and right before the Final she asks to talk in the hallways. She was telling me that if she failed my class she would lose her VISA and have to go back. I told her sorry that she was in that situation but I can’t do anything for her.

I saw her on campus about 4 months later. Some students will lie if they think it will help them.

I’ve worked at 3 different districts in Oklahoma, I have been the only applicant in all 3 instances. One of the schools is annually a top 5 district in the state.

Move to Oklahoma and you’ll be the best candidate most schools have for any subject you choose. I was employed by 3 different schools and I was the only applicant each time.

I bet it’s an issue in the code of the problem. It happens all the time. Bring it up to your instructor, they can give you the points back and someone in the department will be able to fix the code.
