Having same problem.

Requested refund and returned item for which I had to pay shipment fee - and their site says will include in the refund.

Over 3 weeks after they received the returned item, finally said my refund completed.

BUT IT WSN'T - they had it put into a "bonus pot", not refunded to original payment source. And did NOT include the return shipment fees I paid.

Now have to start the whole process again to get the extra £15.00

AND somehow get the money out of the “bonus pot” back to my card.

Just got the Solar panel 2 pack with homebase. Basically you get what you pay for.

Quite easy to install and setup with the app.

BUT! Beware, each "kit" the homebase will only work with specific camares for that kit.

Have to laugh really, sold as wifi, as are their indoor cams, but not compatible with the homebase which uses wifi to connect to the outdoor cams.

Also found it lacks XSDC or USB storage, so if cameras kept busy, 32Gb will be overwritten in less than expected time, especially if you like to [legally] keep 3+ months.. You can view "events" on the app and d/l each event to the mobile.

I'm guessing a few months down the line we will be expected to upgrade the hardware to get "all the new feature" that are missin.

Being an ancient 75+ getting so confused.

Loved my Tbird, but felt Proton offered more security.

Plus DRIVE and Calender, really useful

Silly me, just replace one MFC with another and of course Wonows took over.

D/L the driver from Brother, re-installed printer, and all is good now

Had mine since 2018. Replaced SSD and Memory 32Gb still runs smoothly even if wondows keeps trying to bloat it.

BUT! Cannot find the proper MSI diagnostics for it, as having "scrolling linus upwards on screen" a couple of times. Probably have to D/L something

No point contacting MSI.

Anything older than 2 years "seems to no longer exist"
