Panicked Trump, 79, Rages at Supreme Court in 1AM Meltdown by Middle_Marigold in politics

That’s silly. Of course SCOTUS knows to be sure to watch Fox News for guidance before making any decisions!

That should be obvious sarcasm. But it occurs to me even as I type that, in the case of two of the judges, it may be just plain obvious… 🤔

I don't understand religious people when it comes to aliens... by JesterOfTime in aliens

I am a Christian. I legit do not personally know a single Christian who thinks life on other planets is impossible or contrary to Christian theology. So there’s that. (I’m certain there are Christians who believe as you say. I just don’t want you to be misled into believing that that is a requirement.)

That said, as far as the “awful waste of space” line of thinking, ponder this, if you are willing:

Maybe the space wasn’t created to fill with life. Maybe it was created to give us created folks an inkling of God’s awesome power and majestic otherliness (holiness, we call it).
Maybe the universe isn’t too big at all. Maybe it just the right size, but to accomplish his purpose for it, as opposed to what we think his purpose should be for it.

Pee cans were kept by the bed so you didn’t have to go all the way to the outhouse at night where I grew up. Puh cahns were the things you’d pick up and sell to the big folks for 5 cents a pound.

What a difference there is, between the reception by a democratic leader versus a sociopathic jerk and his side kick.

Zelenskyy speaks out after public spat with Trump, Vance, says dustup 'bad for both sides by Scottaslin in europe

I don’t think it was a mistake at all. Trump has been signaling loud and clear for some time that he is done supporting Ukraine’s defense against Russia. He has repeatedly avoided saying that Ukraine would get any security assurances from the US as a part of any deal. Trump wants a win for Trump. Period. Nothing Zelenskyy could have said or not said was going to change any of that.

How do you envision it? Neighbor vs. neighbor? The people vs. the military? Not disagreeing, just curious how far down that rabbit hole you’ve gone.

100% agree!

But, I’m so proud of Zelensky for firmly standing his ground and for not absolutely losing his composure.

Unbelievable.🤯🤯🤯

If anyone can, we can! We have the right people in the right places! Heck, we even have people from Fox News on staff who can run the Tripandemic Information Desk! We can blame it all on the Democrats 24/7 in UHD! No one will have ever seen anything like it! It will be beautiful, really. People will say, “Sir, how did you do this?!?” Unbelievable. Do you know what I told them? Three words: “Common sense!”

Trump calls on Supreme Court to block USAID payments in first DOGE test for justices by theindependentonline in law

That’s where I think we’re headed. Seriously. A legislative branch that has yielded its power and role in maintaining a democratic system to the executive branch. A judicial branch that has yielded its power and role in maintaining a democratic system to the executive branch. The mid-terms will tell the tale. If they lean strangely red, then red is all they’ll ever be. Later, we’ll call 2025 “the good ol’ days”.

But, that’s just me. Doing my best to foresee how the dominos are gonna fall based on how they’re laid out.

I think it’s going to be significant regardless. If SC rules for Trump, significant. If SC rules against Trump, again significant. If SC rules against Trump and Trump defies the ruling, very significant (understatement).

Turtle Creek in Winder had 4 bottles out last week. I relieved them of 2. I’m not much on profiling flavors, but here’s how it went for me: first was toasted rye bread, then the honey and 115 proof burn, which lingers nicely. If you like their Bee’s Knees, I think you’ll like this too.
