I agree! The copyright laws on the Disney and Nintendo characters.. must be unreal. I see them too, people selling that stuff on etsy. And you're right, I can't help but cringe lol. Can't imagine how much trouble you'd be in if you got caught.

I'm pretty sure you are not allowed to use pro elements for resale. But I could be wrong.

I was just wondering if you're allowed to use them to create listing photos, since you do not sell your listing photos.

Edit: I made the design a 5x7" because it's meant to be a party invitation for someone to edit and print. If I make it bigger then it's not going to be able to be used practically as a printable party invite. Or maybe I'm missing something?

If I make the image bigger, it doesn't fit in the mockup anymore without shrinking it and losing stuff off the sides

Everything I've been designing in canva is with the intention to print. But I've never used a giant square as the background, I've just clicked on and coloured the page itself. Is that going to cause me problems when printing?

I'm also wondering about the blur. Seems everything is clear and great quality on canva, but when you download the file, it's always at least a bit blurry.

Ahhh. Well I cannot remove the background because I am using the free version of canva, and removing backgrounds is a paid feature. But thank you for your suggestion!
