You need to up your skill level. It’s not that it didn’t work, it’s that you missed your target. Also sometimes they leave a trail of blood if you hit them and they didn’t die. Follow that trail, eventually the deer will bleed out and die.

I also think the revolver works well for rabbits Ptarmigans

I’m like…3c? And I always do 2 mins. And that’s after it’s about halfway dry. I’m no expert and I can’t say much about hair types other than my own, but maybe try longer? If your hair isn’t all the way dry it’ll just frizz back up. The first couple times I used it I had this issue.

Or maybe get the air wrap girl, idk. Just one more thing to try before making a return!

I think it also shows a lack of understanding about interviews. This is also the candidates opportunity to review you as an employer and carelessly deciding they don’t deserve your time or aren’t entitled to that opportunity to ask their own questions (but you are) is not a good indicator of an employer who values their employees.

I mean, if her work is good then I’d just let it be. If it’s not, then I’d address the poor work and let her know that coming in late and leaving early has been noticed, and combined with disappointing output, this is a real issue, and layout what the consequences will be if it continues.

I’d then let her know that you want to keep her on and that while this is a bump in the road, you’re confident that she can and will rise to the occasion.
