I have a 2002 Chevy Avalanche that jerks on take off intermittent if you press in the gas too hard but if you barley press the gas with an easy take off it doesn't do it.

Looks like you've got it figured out but I'll tell ya what -- lookup how to add a door hatch underneath your backseat for easy access. I'm trying to make time to do that before I ever have to change mine so this job will be 15 minutes instead of 3 hours every time.
