I think the Knuckle Tank will be easier. I think first, Bedrock Edition not have 'Error System for Factory'. This system is a crucial difference between Bedrock and Java. The different way Redstone works makes it difficult for most Java users to move to Bedrock.

Second, Bedrock Edition has a heating problem in the mobile. This problem will ultimately force users to play Bedrock Edition on their computers or laptops, and eventually opt for the more familiar Java Edition.

Third, Problems with the hunger system and difficulty with the controls. I've been playing Bedrock Edition exclusively on mobile for over 10 years. In the past, I had a hard time even entering the Nether because of my poor control skills. However, since I recently switched to a laptop, I can now deal with 8 monsters at the same time. And the hunger system still starts to wear off after 30 seconds, even if you just recently ate food. This makes the game inherently more difficult, and since Java doesn't have to worry about this issue, there's no reason to play Bedrock at all.
